Ingredients: *Sunflower Seeds, *Erythritol,  *Cacao Powder, *Cacao Nibs, *Sprouted Flax, *Sprouted Chia, *Psyllium, *True Cinnamon, Pure Ocean Aquifer Sea Salt

MINDFUL PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Melt 1/4 cup grass fed butter, coconut oil, ghee OR measure MCT oil…you will need 1/4 cup liquified oil
2. Add 1/4 cup water and oil or ghee to the entire contents of the bag and stir to combine. Let sit for a few minutes
3. Scoop onto parchment lined or greased cookie sheet, shape and flatten a bit
4. Bake for 12 -15 mins. Let sit for a few minutes to set
5. Transfer to cooling rack and allow to cool before devouring
