hOMe Grown Living Foods Chocolate Chip U-Bake Cookies, 330g

Makes 15 Cookies 

Ingredients:*Sunflower Seeds, *Erythritol,  Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (unsweetened chocolate, erythritol, cocoa butter, stevia, sunflower lecithin )*Cacao Nibs, *Sprouted Flax, *Sprouted Chia, *Psyllium, Pure Ocean Aquifer Sea Salt, *Vanilla

MINDFUL PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Melt 1/4 cup grass fed butter, coconut oil, ghee OR measure MCT oil…you will need 1/4 cup liquified oil
2. Add 1/4 cup water and oil or ghee to the entire contents of the bag and stir to combine. Let sit for a few minutes
3. Scoop onto parchment lined or greased cookie sheet, shape and flatten a bit
4. Bake for 15 mins. Let sit for a few minutes to set
5. Transfer to cooling rack and allow to cool before devouring
